My son started speech therapy with Robert Marinello approximately 2 years ago. Despite his PDD diagnosis, he has made remarkable progress. Robert Marinello has the ability to "mask" his therapy while playing games with your child; stimulating their imaginations through the use of story cards and sequencing, while all along, constantly engaging your child in conversation. My son doesn't even realize that he is receiving therapy. Not only has my son's language improved, but this method has also promoted his social skills, for example, turn-taking, making conversation and good eye contact. Most importantly, Robert Marinello understands that there is more to communication than just "speech."

My son Jack was three years old when he began to work
with Bob, who he affectionately refers to as "Bobby". Jack was
diagnosed with appraxia and had difficulty with speech and articulation. Bob
has been our savior. His many years of experience, his patience, and his
expertise in this field helped Jack build his
confidence and gave him the encouragement to progress. Bob knows how to help
children succeed. I always felt secure to know that Jack was in Bob's
hands, in fact I can't imagine where he would be without his guidance. As
a result Jack is now a healthy five year old chatterbox!

that Mr.Marinello and his staff of speech-language pathologists can provide
effective treatment for children who stutter. The office of Mr. Marinello and

My 3 1/2 year-old son, Jack, has been seeing Bob for the
past few months. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Jack's progress.

and lovely staff,
This is such a
bittersweet good-bye. We have been here for about 9 years and it has always
been a pleasure walking in this office. Everyone is pleasant and warm whether
they are your therapist or someone else's. Douglas did wonderful with Cindy and
Vera and Matthew with Bob - need I say more. Matthew never once said he didn't
want to come and see Bob. It was an instant connection and Carol keeps it all
together. We had many talks and you have literally seen my 4 kids grow up. We
love you guys and truly feel like we are moving away from friends. We will
visit. Thank you for all your hard work.
